  • HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
    You can book a class through the timetable on our website. Just select the class you want, click "Book Now" and follow the steps to register in our booking system. After registering, the easiest way to book future classes is by using our booking app, MOMOYOGA, available on the App Store or Google Play. You can create an account by clicking here
  • CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Uncancelled classes will ONLY be charged if you fail to cancel out of a fully booked class, meaning others are unable to book or remain on the waitlist. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before class without penalty. It’s important to cancel with plenty of notice so that members on the waitlist have the opportunity to be notified and attend. To cancel, simply log into your account and select the cancel option next to your booking. If you’re having trouble or need assistance, please email us directly with enough time in advance. Please note: Class cancellations via Instagram or Facebook will not be accepted.
  • DOES THE STUDIO TAKE WALK IN'S?
    We're always happy to welcome walk in's! However, to make sure you secure a spot, we highly recommend booking online through our website. Prepaid online bookings take priority over walk in's, and booking ahead not only guarantees your place but also helps our teachers prepare for class. Our studio accepts cash and EFTPOS, but we don't accept Credit Card or PayWave - Thanks for understanding!
  • WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT CLASS?
    Studio doors open 15 minutes before class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your class. We like to kick things off on time to ensure that everyone warms up properly and gets the most from their time with us. Our studio doors will close once our classes have commenced. Late entry is subject to the instructors’ discretion.
  • DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
    Just yourself. We provide all mats and equipment, free of charge. Although you might like to bring a water bottle and a small towel for our pilates classes.
  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
    Come in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely without having to adjust too much. No fancy tights are required, but often an easy option. You don’t need shoes as you’ll be practicing barefoot on a mat for classes.
  • HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
    A waitlist for a class means the class is currently fully booked. Our waitlist function allows you to reserve a spot in a full class. If someone who is booked into class cancels, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically bumped up into the class. Because of this, please only put your name on the waitlist if you’re available and ready to attend the class. If you don't manage to get bumped up into a class from the waitlist, your paid class pass goes back onto your account to use with us another time. We do send out email notifications if you are bumped up into the class, so make sure you are double-checking this before heading into the studio.
  • DO YOU CATER FOR BEGINNERS?
    Of course! Our amazing teachers are trained to offer modifications for all levels. However we do have a few classes better suited to a newbie :) For Yoga, Try our Slow Flow and for Pilates, hit up our Chair Pilates class or Barre Pilates for the next level up.. Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check-in, set your mat up and get settled into the studio. Also please let the teacher know before class starts, if you have any injuries or concerns. If you're new to pilates, you’ll probably find your thighs shaking pretty quickly. That’s normal! Take as many rest breaks as you like, and know that you’ll likely be a little sore tomorrow. That’s the point, right?
  • CAN I BRING MY CHILD TO CLASS IF THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH YOGA?
    We love that your child is familiar with yoga, however, we do have a minimum age requirement of 16 for our classes. This policy ensures consistency for all participants and helps us avoid setting a precedent where exceptions would need to be made for others. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • ARE THERE CHANGE ROOM FACILITIES?
    We have bathroom and changing facilities upstairs above the studio if you need to change before or after class. However, since the building is shared with other businesses, we recommend leaving any gear you have in the studio.
  • I AM PREGNANT, CAN I STILL PRACTICE?
    Probably, but everyone's pregnancy is a little different. Please let your teacher know prior to class so we can modify the class and keep an eye on you. Not sure where to start?... Drop a us a message to discuss our class recommendations. If you have concerns about starting any exercise, it is always a good idea to consult your midwife or doctor before you hit the mat.
  • DO YOU TAKE PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES?
    Yes we do. Flick us an email with all the details and we will see if we have a teacher available to accommodate your group..
  • GENERAL STUDIO ETIQUETTE?
    We are a causal bunch, but do ask that you follow the below guidelines: Please turn your phone OFF or on SILENT when in the studio. We want you to free your feet so we ask that you leave your shoes in the shoe racks provided. We start class at the advertised time, please arrive at least 10 mins before a class. We encourage a social community, so feel free to chat with your neighbour prior to class starting.
